With summer weather finally here follow expert advice to keep your skin safe from the sun’s rays.
Tips from East Renfrewshire CHCP’s health improvement team include: protect your skin with clothing, hat and sunglasses; seek shade between 11am and 3pm when it’s most sunny; use a high protection sunscreen of at least SPF 15; drink fluids to prevent you becoming dehydrated — cold tap water is ideal.
